A Celebration of Patriotism
INDEPENDENCE DAY 2008
MAIN STREET PARADE

The 14th Annual 4th of July Parade is a traditional hometown parade open to anyone who wants to participate. The typical hometown Main Street parade was once the center of most annual community events and local gatherings. Culpeper's 4th of July Celebration brings that memory back to life. And what's more memorable than sitting on the street corner waving the American Flag as the Color Guard and local veterans groups proudly march past? Children and adults still boast a broad smile at costumed characters and baton twirlers; not to mention the lively bands, youth organizations, 4-H and school clubs, and all of the creative floats.

Continue the tradition and be a part of the 14th Annual Main Street Parade. If you are interested in sponsoring the parade, please contact the 4th of July Event Committee.
