| The 15th Annual 4th of July Parade is a traditional hometown parade open to everyone who wants to participate. Join this year's Grand Marshal John Coates and Spirit Award Winners Waverley Lee & Ketsy Chiles for this grand pageant down Main Street! The typical hometown Main
Street parade was once the center
of most annual community events and local gatherings. Culpeper's 4th
of July Celebration brings that memory back to life. And what's more
memorable than sitting on the street
corner waving the American Flag as the Color Guard and local veterans
groups proudly march past? Children and adults still boast a broad
smile at costumed characters and
baton twirlers; not to mention the lively bands, youth organizations,
4-H and school clubs, and all of the creative floats. If you are interested in sponsoring the parade, please contact
